This was quite a day for the 49ers — Jimmy Raye got fired and Mike Johnson is the new offensive coordinator and all that. In a previous column I criticized Raye and Mike Singletary — and they deserve it. Alex Smith also deserves plenty of blame for the 0-3 record.
