I love Texas Rangers fans. After the last out eliminated their team in the World Series, the home fans stood and applauded a long time. I watched with amazement. The were applauding, I believe, their own team for competing in the World Series, the Series itself for being interesting, but they also were applauding the Giants for winning and winning well. What a gracious gesture.

I don’t believe fans in Philly or NY would have done that. I would like to think San Francisco fans would clap if the other team won.
