I enjoyed Gary Plummers analyist and comments. Gary was a excellent football player and was the best analyist the 49ers have had. I am sure He will find employment, on one of the major sports show.

I agree Daryl that Willie Brown and Gary Radnisch both are horrible. Radnich is no different then Fitz or Ted Robinson who are ass kissers to management, so they can lined their pockets with big bucks. How is that Stan ?

I always like Plummer but can’t stand Ted Robinson, he is just as bad as Fitz is with the Warriors as a 100% homer and kisses Jed ass,so that being said I rarely heard the games on the radio the last couple of years.

I heard all the 49er apologists flunkies say “They wanted somebody who lives here”
Well,for 13 years that didnt matter..and for a good 11 or 12 of those years Plummer was never very critical of the team. The Singletary era broke him! I guess Gary couldnt take any more bumbling or pronouncements that the QB position “didnt matter”.
I never for a decade paid much attention to the guy..then he caught my ear with brutal honesty(well,maybe not so brutal-lol)..And todays MBA managed teams spent years in study of how to control people-so out goes Gary,in comes the stooge.

I seem to be in the minority but I will not miss Plummer. I think it is partly because he was with Starkey for so long and Starkey is terrible. I think Davis will be good and the change in the last couple of years of the entire pairing is a welcome one.

I am very unhappy. Plummer was outstanding at his job. Davis has a big set of shoes to fill.
