Love it!!! He told the truth again, but he doesn’t deliver it the way most people want to hear it.

Man, what do you whiners want? You make yourself feel that way, not him. Not a phony at ALL, farthest thing from it. Are you guys that blinded by YOUR desire to hear what YOU want.

Who wouldn’t get sarcastic, snarky or tired of the same mundane, reduntant and sometimes just plain stupid questions over and over again. Most [not all] of the media is just looking to put a ‘spin’ on something anyway, and he won’t ‘give’ them that oppurtunity, LOVE IT!!!

Team first, team first, team first just as a coach or Dad should be.

B-Rad has it right – just win and this is a non-story. If he loses, then we can talk endlessly about what makes him tick. But right now he is winning which is something that the 49ers have not done in a long time. Enjoy it. We will have plenty of time for all this psycho babble later. No one wins forever.

I’ve heard this was in response to the third straight question about Isaac
Sopoaga’s passing capabilities. Better this than throwing a chair at
the writer, or whoever asked it.
Harbaugh’s going to answer whatever he feels like answering to whatever
the question is, and as much as he hates being out there doing this part of
his job, I’m kind of enjoying his act. As long as he wins.

He had a saying that Truth was NEVER an absolute.

Truth was entirely situational

Some years later I heard he was doing 8 – 12 at Lompoc

Harbaugh is proving time and again that he has no credibility with the media and the public as he continues to attempt to recreate history and rewrite his interviews and actions after the fact to suite his own viewpoints.

I thought he made it perfectly clear. He said he wasn’t going to pay any one guy one sixth of the salary cap and have to cut other key players. He was evaluating Manning to see if he was worth pursuing, and if Manning would take a pay cut to play for a better team. They were going to keep A. Smith either way, because Manning’s health isn’t guaranteed. Alex is their guy, but as Harbaugh always says, you always look to get better. Getting Peyton – without losing other key players – would’ve done that. Retaining Alex – regardless of Peyton – did that.

Seemed like a pretty clear clarification to me.
