It’s late on Saturday night. I just got home from an A’s-Giants game which went more than 4 1/2 hours and I had to write my column in the blink of an eye. I’m sitting here eating a very late dinner and I came across this article from the San Jose Mercury which indicates there is trouble in Santa Clara about redevelopment funds the San Francisco 49ers thought they had for the stadium but may not have. I don’t pretend to understand this stuff at all, but I pass it on to you for your edification. Maybe someone smarter than I am can explain what this means. To read the Merc article, click here.
