The car is packed and we’re just about to leave for Ashland. It’s about a six hour drive. I like driving. I find it peaceful. Know what I mean?

Yes I do my friend. Nothing like the open road to clear the mind and invigorate the soul. Have a safe trip.

Give us some addresses Lowell..we can follow you on Google earth to see what you see..(only maybe a year later from when Google took the pics)..but should look the same over all. What a big brother the internet is..and yet we like it. Orwell never guessed that.

I always look for baseball game on the radio. Giants start soon, and the A’s immediately follow…A good day to drive if you ask me. Not too hot. Perfect.

I know exactly what you mean. When I was in school I would do the 16 hour drive from Walla Walla to Mendocino (and vice versa) in one day at every break. My friends thought I was crazy but I loved it. Very meditative and therapeutic.
Enjoy your trip; Ashland sure is wonderful. My sister is moving up there in a month. Travel safely.

Nothing beats hitting the open road. Have made that drive many times myself. Quite beautiful. Enjoy!
