exactly what mbabco said……….when you find the right people that know what their doing then things go smoothly. its when you get stuck dealing with the untrained folks at ATT that time gets wasted…….and there’s alot of them. Just have to get a feel for that and then ask for tier 2 level help when the tech support help isnt working.

When I had AT&T I always found the individual employees very friendly and mostly very competent, especially the techs that came to the house. Unfortunately, the whole system for actually getting to that person seems to be set up to discourage you before you succeed. I’m glad I switched to sonic.net – terrific customer support and easy to get to.
