Off the field he’s a jerk. Just like Jerry Lewis off the screen is. So many famous or experts in their field are like that. Edward Teller was a backstabber..and always had a plum job,because he was the father of the H-Bomb. You just have to endure the H-man for another decade Lowell.

I dont think its any great show of leadership by Harbaugh concerning the QB position. He played the position so he of all people should be able to make an easy decision there to improve the team.

There are 12 teams that will be in the playoffs.

Whether Harbaugh switched to Kaepernick, kept Smith as the
starter, has Roman open up the passing game, has Roman
not open up the passing game – the odds are heavily in favor
of one of the other 11 teams winning the Super Bowl.

Some feel that the Niners have to get to, or win the Super
Bowl for the switch to Kaepernick to be proven correct.
This is absurd. There are hundreds, no thousands of other
factors that figure in here, most of them with the other
playoff teams that Harbaugh can’t control.
