Tim Kawakami was named California sportswriter of the year by National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association. Tim richly deserves this award. I’ll have to try harder in 2013. Greg Papa got named California sportscaster of the year — also richly deserved. Congrats to both.

Boo! Kawakami is terrible. The only difference between him and a thousand other bloggers who see their job as ripping people is that he has press credentials. (As I rip someone for ripping people, I know.)

He does a better job explaining and justifying his positions than you, but your positions are usually more interesting.

I can’t stand Kawakami, he has very thin skin, he knows basketball, he is really bad with everything else, especially hockey

Its astonishing to hear Radnich and Papa talk about their Bentley’s..and Mike Savage about he prefers Ferrari’s over Porsche. When he’s not on his yacht.

And all say Obama has done nothing as President.

Yeah but,Tim is like Brando. He doesn’t believe writers should compete for awards. Sasheen Little feather will accept for Tim.
