Their losing ruins a great post I had of the 49ers being the first team of all times to beat all three playoff opponents in one season, twice. The Pack,The Seahawks, and The Brady’s. So close.

Question? Why did Denver pack it in with time on the clock, time-outs available, and needing only a field goal at he end of regulation. Does that make sense?

Even though it’s on the road, I think the Niners match up much better against Atlanta. How many times has a time out worked when called to ice the kicker? I’m going to guess less than 3% of the time. This ain’t college, Pete. If the Niners beat Atlanta, Harbaugh should send Pete a case of nice wine, because I’m not sure the Niners would have beaten Seattle. Harbowl II in the offing?

Prevent defense prevents a win no.6,745 since 1967. What do coaches do to think it ever works? Its like a religion to them..no evidence to the contrary stops “The prevent defense”.
Two passes for 41 yards. Just a miserable brain cramp of strategy.

You will probably get stuck with Delta and they are horrible, was in Atlanta in August, and the plane was there and the pilots were there but no flight attendants, 3 hour lay over

Was that really a prevent defense on the last drive or a soft zone? Either way, the 19 yarder to Gonzales shouldn’t have happened. Also, please thank Carroll for not coaching. He left a minimum of 6 points on the field with some truly boneheaded coaching decisions.

While you’re investigating flights to Atlanta, could you also investigate why half the streets there are named “Peach” something or other. I swear, there gotta be at least a couple of hundred streets with “Peach” in their name. Very confusing.

you may as well book plane tickets for you and Grant to the Super Bowl as well…….I usually never pick the Harbaugh Niners but they are gonna destroy the Falcons by at least 2 TD’s. Santa Clara wins the NFC title 35-20.

Jason – Gerogia is The Peach State. The peach is their state fruit. If you’re looking for a tasty peach, Georgia’s the place to go! Fun to drive to Florida and buy peaches along the highway that just drip with delight and flavor. Yum! I imagine there is are Peach Homecoming Queens by the dozens.
