After the Raiders lost their ninth straight, Tony Sparano and Derek Carr came to the interview room. Sparano was a straight-ahead, plainspoken, down-to-earth man. He is likeable. He’s still only an interim, but I give him credit for being a gentleman. Carr was charming, generous, verbal and honest. What a pleasure. I kept comparing his personality to Kaepernick’s button-down, dour, rude personality. No comparison.
