On the tape Anderson also talks about giving Bonds the clear. It seems clear he gave Bonds stuff. It also seems clear at least one juror wanted to hear this stuff again and is at least wondering. I can't see how this tape helps Bonds.

It’s 11:20 and we’ve all been summoned to the courtroom, I don’t know why. One of the prosecutors just left and Judge Illston said they’re doing the regular criminal calendar which has nothing to do with Bonds. I may as well be in here as in the press room.
OK, here's a Bonds note. Finally. They let Greg Anderson out of the slammer this morning. A lot of players said Anderson provided them with illegal drugs. I don't feel I'd like to be friends with this Anderson guy. He and Barry Bonds seem to be good friends. Why?
If Bonds gets convicted on even one count he may not go to the slammer -- Club Fed -- but he will be a convicted felon. It is never a good thing to be a convicted felon. Right?
