The football conversation in the Bay Area has been about the San Francisco 49ers these days — Peyton Manning, Randy Moss, racquetball, etc. But there’s lots to say about the Oakland Raiders, specifically about rookie general manager Reggie McKenzie. Is he doing a good job so far? What are his goals — from what we can observe? And, most important, what kind of team will the Raiders be — good, middle of the road, not so hot?
