Lately I’ve been drinking lots of wine with screwcaps. I like screwcaps even if they don’t come off sophisticated. They prevent “corked” wine and, if you don’t need to age the wine, screwcaps are better. I’d appreciate your thoughts on this earth-shattering issue.
