For most of the current baseball season I have defended Brian Sabean and written positive things about him. A lot of Zohn readers disagreed with me and after a while I felt like someone trying to sell a used Buick.

I still think he did a great job this season and he should be in the running — with others — for Major League Executive of the Year.

OK, that’s where I stand. So I have a question. Are there readers out there who still think he’s not up to the necessary standard? If you still exist I want to hear from you.
