It’s 11:30 pm and I just sent in my Saturday column. In it I suggest the Giants bench Pablo Sandoval, move Juan Uribe to third and play Edgar Renteria at short. I don’t believe Sandoval is steady enough to depend on at this time. He committed the killer error that opened things up for the Braves in a game the Giants should have won. The column has not yet posted on the website. I’ll drive home now. If the column is on the website when I get home I’ll post it. Otherwise, I’ll post it first thing in the morning.
