Do you approve of Mike Singletary yelling at Alex Smith in the Eagles game?

I don’t.

They were on national TV for goodness sake. You don’t embarrass a professional athlete on national TV, or any place for that matter.

Maybe Singletary forgot he was on TV.

Apparently, he forgot there was a game going on — at least for a little while.

Singletary said he yelled at Smith as a test to see how Smith would react. Baloney. He yelled because he can’t control his emotions and does not have a coach’s demeanor. Later on he made up the story about the test.

The test story is no good, anyway. He’s acting like football is boot camp. It isn’t.

One more thing. Singletary was yelling at Smith about his quarterbacking. What does Singletary know about quarterbacking? He is in no position to yell or instruct or point out or even talk when it comes to quarterbacks.
