I am about to drive down to Stanford but before I leave I have a request. Is there any brave Zohn reader who would like to make a case the 49ers should retain Mike Singletary after the season? I could not make that case. If anyone steps forward I promise not to disagree and I encourage Zohn readers not to go after this person. It’s like he/she is taking the unpopular position in an organized debate. I respect that.
