As you know the NFL owners and players have agreed to extend the drop-dead, season-killing, lockout deadline a week. That is great news and may indicate — may — that both sides truly want a resolution, want a season, are being rational. I take this as a good sign and I am beginning to feel this mess will work out and things will proceed fairly normally as they have in the past. Some Zohn readers know more than I do about how labor negotiations work. Do you take this extension as a good sign or no sign at all?
