I need to get this off my chest. it’s about phrases I never want to hear again. Ever.

I watched the Giants game on ESPN last night and already I’ve had enough of “the situation.” I kept hearing stuff like it’s a first and third situation or it’s a two strike situation. Stop. Forever. How about there are runners on first and third, or the batter has two strikes? When did this situation situation develop?

Enough with “It is what it is.” Anyone who says that gets fined.

Enough with “At the end of the day.” At the end of what day?
