At 3:20 the jury asks to hear or read Kathy Hoskins’ testimony again. This testimony is the most damaging to Barry Bonds so this could be a big deal. She said she saw Greg Anderson inject Bonds with the bad stuff in the belly button. She’s the only eyewitness who claims she saw him getting injected. She did not say she knew what was being injected.

Bonds is not in the courthouse. I think he thought they were done for the day and he split. Excuse me, but if I were on trial I wouldn’t leave until the day was over. But I’m not the home-run king. Nothing is happening now. I think everyone is waiting for him to get back here.
