The Giants lost to the Braves on Sunday because they are having trouble putting a whole game together. When they hit they don’t pitch and when they pitch they don’t hit. On Sunday it was the hit but don’t pitch variety. The Giants hit well enough and even came back from a big deficit to take the lead. But they couldn’t hold the lead and Brian Wilson finally gave it up for good — unusual for the super closer. Afterward he talked about the game.
