The Santa Rosa Press Democrat just posted Grant’s Wednesday article — he’s writing for the paper paper these days in addition to the web. It’s a  big leadup to the Saints game and I must say the PD is rising up with Grant, Phil Barber and yours truly.

Grant interviewed defensive lineman Ricky Jean Francois. This is interesting. Offensive linemen usually have the widest screens, the biggest visions when it comes to diagnosing and discussing football. In the Niners’ case Ricky is the go-to guy. He is a verbal treasure.
