Auburn football coach Gene Chizik just went on TV after his team beat Oregon in the national championship game and said, “God was with us.”

Soak your head, Gene. You won a football game and congrats on that. But it had nothing to do with God and God was not with you or against you. You have a lot of nerve to assume God made you win that game.

You won because of talent, game planning and some luck. Get some humility and leave God out of it.
